Chris Chiros

 I come to Iridescent with 21 years of clinical and healthcare administration experience, but I embrace the Iridescent value of taking the work super seriously, not taking myself super seriously. Having served in leadership roles at both the project and departmental levels in a large healthcare organization, I am excited to lend my strengths to our group!  My role is to support our associates' clinical work by providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance as needed to promote clinical excellence. I help clinicians successfully onboard and manage the learning curve that comes with being in any new space, whether you are joining us for a training experience or you are a seasoned clinician ready for a new chapter.  I am the group's expert on the things we don't have to do very often but are really important (e.g., urgent/emergent clinical events, documentation, and mandatory reporting situations). I also ensure our policies, procedures, and documentation are in line with our state board requirements and insurance company standards (for those who take insurance).
